In her new role, Michelle will be responsible for the overall management of the Buying Services team, ensuring and maintaining client satisfaction through the exceptional customer service delivered by this team, as well as the retention of our existing buying client base.  Michelle will retain some of her own client accounts in this capacity and the Buying Services Account Managers will report directly to her. 

 Michelle began her career with Compas in 2004 as an Assistant Account Executive.  Over the years, she has grown steadily in her knowledge of our business. Compas is pleased to announce the promotion of Bill Kelly from Project Coordinator to Senior Project Coordinator, effective immediately. Bill’s capabilities, knowledge, and responsibilities have grown significantly over the past year.  He has been instrumental in helping to expand ByDoctor® services and streamline business practices to ensure that we provide quality and efficient deliverables.

Compas is pleased to announce the transition of Jordan McDowell from the Buying Services and Deliverables team to the ByDoctor® team as Project Coordinator, ByDoctor® and Data Assets, effective immediately.  In his new role, Jordan will begin training with the goal of serving as the main point of contact for all ByDoctor®  e-mail programs.  He will also handle ByDoctor®  list matching services for a series of clients.  The full breakdown of client responsibility will be shared once Jordan is fully trained on all ByDoctor®  services.

In addition to her excellent working relationships with the Pfizer Animal Health sales representatives, Val has become extremely accomplished in facilitating web conferences using the Adobe Connect System. MEDtrak is coordinating/facilitating a Pfizer Education and Training Series (PETS) web conference program from September 2011 through May/June 2012, and  Val’s great attention to detail and organizational skills have contributed to this program’s success.  She has increased her working knowledge of the EventsTrack system, which is a crucial part of the PETS program.  Additionally, Val has developed an excellent rapport with many of the Pfizer AH marketing management personnel and the external board-certified veterinarian speakers.

Taryn Tarantion (CMI, left)–Taryn’s input in the preparation for meetings and new business pitches is vital to our success. She has created “gold standard” deliverables for our teams, and her work has gained us very positive client feedback.

Tony LaTorre (Compas, right)–Tony has shown the true meaning of “above and beyond” through creating and pursuing a new systems capability that makes our business run more smoothly and with less room for error. He developed this project much on his own time, and the team is very impressed with the new process.
