In her new role, Michelle will be responsible for the overall management of the Buying Services team, ensuring and maintaining client satisfaction through the exceptional customer service delivered by this team, as well as the retention of our existing buying client base. Michelle will retain some of her own client accounts in this capacity and the Buying Services Account Managers will report directly to her.
Michelle began her career with Compas in 2004 as an Assistant Account Executive. Over the years, she has grown steadily in her knowledge of our business. Her direct experience with our clients makes her well-qualified to lead this team. Michelle will report to Nicole Woodland DeVan, SVP, Buying Services and Deliverables.
