InfoCures is pleased to announce the promotion of Lorraine Molins from HelpDesk Support Technician to Manager, Desktop Support. As a HelpDesk Support Technician, Lorraine has worked tirelessly to improve her skills, create fluidity within the team, and establish herself as the main point of contact for most of our clients. Lorraine has taken on several roles and tasks, allowing InfoCures to move forward with the many projects our family of companies has in progress for the very near future. She has earned respect from her team through training and the mentoring of new team members. Lorraine is a shining example of someone with a “can do” attitude, and her responsiveness and accuracy make her a role model for customer service. In her new role, Lorraine will be the main point of contact for desktop and peripheral support, and she will lead her team to be the #1 customer support team within our companies. Her support team includes Andy Lam, Ron Zawora and Michael Woodland. Lorraine continues to report to Bob Garrison.
