PENNSAUKEN, NJ – December 3, 2012 – CMI/Compas has appointed Karen Lichtig as SVP, Alliance Management. In this role, Lichtig will be responsible for leading the effort to advance supplier partner relationships internally and externally to contribute to the company’s success.
Lichtig and her team will be responsible for developing and growing alliances to create year-on-year value, productivity and results that lead to breakthrough deliverables and recommendations for CMI/Compas’ suppliers and clients. She will work closely with the Media group to ensure as an organization CMI/Compas is considered suppliers’ best client, leading to the best solutions for CMI/Compas clients. Previous to this position, Lichtig served as a senior leader in strategic planning at CMI, bringing her deep client-side media experience from her tenure at Eli Lilly. Prior to working in the pharmaceutical vertical, she developed over 15 years of agency-side digital media buying and strategy expertise working on behalf of various Fortune 500 clients.
The Alliance Management team’s charter remains to work more efficiently with each of CMI/Compas’ extraordinary partners to maximize the value they bring to clients through the direct contributions of both media planning and buying, as well as establishing a new level of supplier partner enablement across the company.
