CMI/Compas is pleased to announce the promotion of Jose Ferreira from Manager, ByDoctor® and Data Assets to Associate Director, Customer Insights.
Jose has done a tremendous job in leading the ByDoctor® organization and in turning what used to be a dream and a list matching service into a full suite of revenue-generating value and indispensable customer insights. Jose has grown our services and has singlehandedly designed and defined new offerings which include ByDoctor iNBOX® and soon-to-launch ByDoctor® Affinity. He has been a great leader and mentor to his team and has really taken the vision, that started a little over two years ago, and quickly shaped it into client deliverables that are coveted in the industry by so many.
In his new role, Jose will be responsible for overseeing our market research data and iNBOX® emailing service that drives and generates audience insights and recommendations for our customers in the United States and possibly beyond. He will continue to support Susan Dorfman in the development, deployment, expansion and management of Audience Insights capabilities with an expanded focus on more HCP types as well as consumer. Jose will also be responsible for executing the established Customer Insights strategy and vision, in alignment with the company’s focus, strategy, and priorities. Jose’s team is made up of Diane DeStefano, Bill Kelly, Jordan McDowell, Matt Schmid, Jonathan Bricklin, Christine Hardy and Ben Attix.
