In advance of an upcoming FDA survey of HCPs on their thoughts on DTC advertising, CMI/Compas fielded a ByDoctor PULSE study to gauge what responses will be. MM&M interviews James Woodland, Chief Operating Officer, on our study results. Woodland explains, “As the industry is moving towards this more customer-centric focus, for all the money spent in DTC, so much appears not to address strengthening the physician-patient relationship, which is going to be critical as pharma moves beyond just selling pills.”
