This article outlines one of the major issues that occur if your current SEM agency does not take the time to leverage the right match types and negative keywords at the ad group level. Monitoring of search query reports (SQR’s) should be done once a week at minimum. This is extremely important for pharma, since most companies have HCP and DTC focused accounts running for the same brands. A great test to understand if your agency has your account properly structured is to ask for a copy of the latest search query report and see what searches your ads are showing for.”
